1. Cycle
• A full block consists of 18 weekly classes (every Thursday - see schedule below for vacations & holidays)
• Continuous attendance is encouraged for progression.
• The instructor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances; alternative arrangements will be communicated.2. Pricing
• Full block (18 weeks): €324 (beginner) and €360 (intermediate)
(contact the teacher for info regarding bank transfer or tikkie):The booking of your spot is confirmed only after successful payment of the fee. Places are limited and confirmed in the order payments are received3. Trial Class
• Price: €18 (beg.), €20 (int.)
• One per person. First - timers only. The trial class must be paid beforehand to confirm your spot in the lesson.
• If joining the cycle afterward, the trial fee is deducted via tikkie / bank transfer (details offered by the teacher).
• Trials are only allowed in week 1 of the cycle and in case of availability in week 2.4. Late Joiners
• Prorated cycle price: €18 or €20 × remaining week.
• Late joining is possible up to week 3 depending on group progress and availability.
• Trials are offered only during week 1 and 2 and are subject to availability. Once the group is finalized, no new participants are added until the next cycle.5. Minimum Participants
• The course requires a minimum number of participants to run.
• If the minimum is not reached, registered students will be notified and any payments will be refunded.6. Refunds & Cancellations
• Payments are non-refundable once the cycle begins.
• Missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or to another cycle.
• Exceptions for injury or special circumstances may be discussed.
• Should the teacher need to cancel a scheduled lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled after communication with the students in order to find a suitable date for a make-up class.
• Registration is confirmed once full payment for the course is received.7. Liability & Participation
• Participation in the classes is at the student’s own risk.
• The instructor is not liable for injuries sustained during class. Students are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and informing the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect participation.
• The teacher is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the student's personal belongings during the lessons and while coming or leaving the lessons.Invoices can be issued upon requestACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing payment for this course and filling in the form provided by the teacher, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this document. Payment constitutes agreement to these terms.
